  • Michael Angelo’s produces an extensive line of authentic Italian meals, including entrees, dinners, calzones, deli fresh pastas and sauces, jarred sauce, appetizer snacks and Italian desserts. The company produces a variety of sizes perfect for any meal occasion, including large, bulk sizes available through warehouse stores for groups and small restaurants, as well as packages designed for individuals and families.
  • Michael Angelo's sauce is made from perfectly vine-ripened tomatoes, grown specifically for Michael Angelo's and exactly to Sara Agnello’s specifications. They also use only 100% durum semolina pasta made through a specially patented process specifically formulated for Michael Angelo's.
  • Michael Angelo’s uses only whole muscle meat in their products. To ensure that no trim or additives are included, they grind and mix these ingredients in the plant just prior to cooking.
  • All cheeses used are the finest available and are grated the day they are used, to ensure freshness. This eliminates the need to use pre-grated cheeses, which contain cellulose and anti-caking agents. The Romano (Pecorino) and Parmesan (Reggiano) cheeses Michael Angelo’s uses are imported from Italy, and all mozzarella cheese is specially formulated from traditional recipes without the use of stabilizers or preservatives. Michael Angelo’s uses only 100% whole milk ricotta cheese custom-made to the company’s unique specifications.
  • All spices are hand selected, inspected for purity and blended in-house just before cooking. This ensures that Michael Angelo’s authentic recipes have just the right seasoning, every time. And Michael Angelo's uses only the finest imported olive oil in its recipes.
  • Entrees, meals and dishes are flash-frozen immediately after assembly to ensure that each product, when served, will taste as if it had been just prepared.
  • Packaging for entrees and calzones is innovatively designed so that it can be heated in microwave, conventional or convectional ovens. Pastas, such as the stuffed shells, as well as their Mini Calzones (Pizza Snacks) come in re-sealable packages, so consumers can take out only what they need for that night’s dinner.
