This is a quick note to say I tried your Eggplant Parmesan and, wow, was I impressed!!! Yours is better than some others who charge a lot more. It takes a lot to impress me, especially with Italian food which I adore but now that I know how good you are, I'll be trying many more of your products. Thank you so much for creating such a quality and reasonably priced dish. I'm going to tell everyone I know all across the country about your products.
