I just wanted to say thank you for making such delicious frozen foods! I grew up in the Northeast and I've
always had access to great Italian food. I've recently located to Oregon and I couldn't find any good eggplant parmesan. I started to get homesick and then I purchased your frozen version. It is amazing and when I paired it with some good bread, wine and salad I felt like I was back home! Thank you for making a Rhode Islander feel like she's comfy at home on the west coast!!!
